If you are, this tutorial will help you get rid of that error.

First, log in to your FTP account and go to your Cutenews folder. Then, go to /inc and look for /functions.inc.php

Search for this code on line 469

 if($i%$break_location == 0 and $break_location) 

and change it to this:

 if($break_location and $i%$break_location == 0) 

Finally, save it into the /inc folder without changing the name of the file.
